KAVOS SPORTS & ACTIVITIES

Banana Boats
Plenty of these hurtling around the water, good fun for everyone.
Bungee-Jumping
Not too many places in Greece have this, but party towns like Kavos do. Not for the squeamish. But make sure all safety precautions are taken and you are fully insured.
Catapult
The bungee-jump in reverse, fired into the air, and you can try it at night as well, if you dare. Again take all safety precautions.
Doughnuts
Get pulled behind a speedboat in a huge doughnut ring, and see how long you can survive the mad attempts to get you into the water.
Go-Karting
There's a track at St Peter's, just to the north of Kavos.
Jet Skis
bit like being James Bond for a while, as you zip about
the water. The jet skis have their own special part of the beach, for safety reasons. Check you are fully insured.
Parascending
Great feeling to float above the crowd, with chutes for two available.
Scuba Diving
If you've never done it before, take a lesson. Kavos has facilities for all grades.
Snorkelling
Another popular Kavos option, for which you need hardly any introduction.
Walking
If you're feeling energetic one day, take the half-hour
walk along the coast south of Kavos. Eventually you will reach the cliffs of Cape Asprokavos at the very south of the island, from where there are good views to the neighbouring island of Paxos.
Water skiing
Plenty of chance to try this on the beach here too
